The Okinawa Shogen-Ryu Karate-Do Association has been made whole! The direct students of our founder, Kensei Taba, Hanshi, Judan, have united under the new Kaicho, Kiyomasa Maeda, Hanshi, Judan, to help spread TRUE Shogen-Ryu Karate-Do as taught by our teacher, Taba Sensei.
There is only one Association that teaches Shogen-Ryu Karate-Do. There is only one Association that has the support of the Taba family. Anyone outside of the Okinawa Shogen-Ryu Karate-Do Association is not Shogen-Ryu Karate-Do, no matter what they claim.
